Individual entrepreneur Samko Maksym ("Administrator", "we," "our") offers a variety of team productivity, collaboration, and organizational tools available online, including via websites, including but not limited to https://dashboard-24.com/ (the "Website"), SaaS Dashboard24, a mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), and services we provide, and any other apps or services we may offer (collectively, the "Service"). These will be referred to as our 'services'.

When we say 'personal data' we mean information about you, like your name, email address, physical address, payment information, support queries and so on. If you can't be identified (for example, when personal data has been made anonymous and grouped) then this notice doesn't apply.

1. What data of yours do we collect and how?

If you decline to provide your personal information or ask us to delete it, we may be unable to continue to provide or support our products or services.

Data about your company. Company name, the scope of the company, the company's website, position in the company, the date of commencement of work in the company, the date the company was created, the physical address of the company, employees data, economic data and other indicators that the user wished to enter on the Service and Websites.
2. What do we use your personal data for?
Your personal data is used solely for improving your experience of the Service and Websites and as a means for us to provide the following:

  • Support material or information you requested, or based on your use of the application to help you get the most of the product.

  • To keep you updated with any updates, notices or anything relevant to your use of the Service and Websites.

  • Asking you for feedback or to take part in any research we are conducting which you will have the ability to ignore or opt out of.

We will hold your personal information securely and will only keep it for as long as you use the service that you have requested.

All your personal data is stored on secure Digital Ocean servers and is protected using data masking and encryption techniques. We share your payment details securely with Stripe or LiqPay (our payment providers) and with Mailgun and/or G Suite (our email provider). We do not share your personal data with any other third party providers or any other applications or services.

We will only share your personal data to regulators, law enforcement bodies, government agencies, courts or other third parties where we think it's necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulations, or to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights. Where possible and appropriate, we will notify you of this type of disclosure.

The Service and Websites may share information with third-party service providers or vendors contracted to provide services on our behalf. These third-party service providers or vendors may use information we provide to them only as instructed in this Privacy and Cookie policy.
4. How long do we store your personal data for?
The length of time we keep your personal data depends on what it is and whether we have an ongoing business need to retain it (for example, to provide you with a service you've requested or to comply with applicable legal requirements).

Usually your personal data is stored until the owner of the company has deleted the employee or until the owner of the account has deleted it. For free accounts, we have the right to delete your information if there has been no account use for 4 months.
5. Your rights
For questions about unsubscribing from the mailing list and other issues related to the work of the Service and Websites, as well as with other questions, suggestions, you can email support@fixpoint.cloud.

You also have rights to know what personal data we hold about you, and to make sure it's correct and up to date. You can request a copy of your personal data or ask us to restrict processing your personal data or delete it.

If you're not happy with how we are processing your personal data, please let us know by sending an email to support@fixpoint.cloud. We will review and investigate your complaint, and will get back to you within a reasonable time frame. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. They will be able to advise you how to submit a complaint.
6. What is a cookie and how do we use them?
Cookies are small text files that websites save to your computer. The cookies used by the Service and Websites don't contain any of your personal information, and we can't use them to find out who you are. A cookie often includes a randomly generated number which is stored on your device. Many cookies are automatically deleted after you finish using tthe Service and Websites.

When you enter our site your computer will automatically be issued with a cookie. Cookies are devices that identify your computer to our server and personalize the site for your future use. Cookies only record the areas of our site that a computer has visited. A cookie will not provide us with any personal information. Therefore, if you have not supplied us with any personal information, you can still browse our site anonymously. If you do not want a cookie you can set your browser to deny it. A cookie is required to login to the Service and Websites and our as it securely stores your login for your session.


Improving users' experience

The Service and Websites works to make sure that its users have the best possible experience. This means that the user doesn't have to repeat some actions unnecessarily. For example, if you increase the text size while you're on the Service and Websites, a cookie that remembers your preferred text size might be set, so that when you go to another page on the site, you don't have to change your setting again.


Measuring websites' performance
We may also set a cookie on a user's computer in order to monitor visitor numbers. No personally identifiable information such as your name or address is collected as part of this process.

8. What is an IP Address?
If you are connected to the Internet you will have an IP Address. The address will be automatically collected and logged as part of the connection of your computer to our web server and may be used to determine the total number of visits to each part of the site. It is also used to determine rough country location and helps in identifying potential malicious activity.
9. Who are we and how to contact us?
When we refer to 'we', it refers to Administrator, website https://dashboard-24.com/ and SaaS Dashboard24.

Administrator will act as a controller of your personal data.
